FRONTLINE SAFETY NY NON-DISCRIMINATION POLICY:

Discrimination, harassment or intimidation of a client, staff person or guest because of that person’s race, age, color, sex, national origin, physical or mental disability, or religion is specifically prohibited and may be grounds for termination. Harassment and intimidation include foul, abusive, or threatening language or behavior. FSNY is committed to maintaining a workplace that is free of any such harassment or intimidation and will not tolerate discrimination against staff members, volunteers or clients.

Any employee or client who believes or feels that she or he or any other affiliate of FSNY has been discriminated against is strongly encouraged to report this concern promptly to the Owner / CEO Alberto Gutierrez and/or the immediate instructor and, if substantiated, prompt action will be taken.

PROPRIETARY INTEREST POLICY:

This policy may not permit for any instructor or individual affiliated with FSNY to use product, instrument, device, service or material discussed, as well as the source of any compensation related to the presentation without prior executive approval. This policy ensures that all clients of FSNY are informed of any proprietary interests prior to the start of any learning event.  All instructors and staff must comply with this policy or disciplinary action will be enforced.
