ESTABLISH SAFETY PLANS:
Basic safety requirements are the baseline of compliance. We review the contractor’s safety plan and we can develop Safe Work Plans. We ensure all persons on the site hold the necessary credentials to perform their task.
MANAGE OWNER SAFETY PROGRAM:
We help Manage Owner’s required Safety Plan, from daily tasks and all necessary paperwork to the record keeping of necessary work credentials and reporting to all pertinent parties on agreed frequency.
MANAGE SUBCONTRACTOR SAFETY PLAN:
We help Manage Sub-contractors’ required Safety Plan, from daily tasks and all necessary paperwork to the record keeping of necessary work credentials.
ON-SITE PRESENCE:
From start of construction to completion, our Safety Professionals drive the Contractor’s Safety Program. We will conduct recurring Safety Meetings, Daily Safety Briefings, Daily Inspections and Daily Reporting.
COORDINATE FIELD SAFETY PROGRAMS:
We develop, Implement & Maintain Safety Programming per project. We consider all aspects from Mobilization, Scope of work, Finishes, Punch-list, through final inspection.
CONDUCT SAFETY MEETINGS:
We Facilitate reoccurring onsite safety meetings. All Toolbox Talks, Pre-task meetings, Daily Safety Briefings etc. are conducted with effectiveness, recorded and maintained.
FIREWATCH & FIREGUARD:
Per FDNY Fire code 2604.2; Firewatch/ Fireguard should be maintained during ALL hot-work operations. The Firewatch shall observe the entire hot-work area. Hot-work includes, but is not limited to; Welding, Torching, Grinding & Cutting.
MAINTAIN ALL SAFETY DOCUMENTS:
We support Maintenance of ALL Safety Documents both Physical and Digital copies. All Documents from Contractor to Agency specific are all maintained and organized for easy reference. Documents include but are not limited to: Daily Safety Report, Contractor Access forms, COVID-19: Screening / Contact Tracing forms/ Disinfection log, Daily Sign-in sheets, Daily Safety Briefing, Toolbox Talks, Pre-Task Meetings, Agency Construction Safety Checklist & Injury / Illness reports.
DIGITAL FEEDBACK:
We are Able to relay Real-time information from the project site to the Contractor or appropriate Agency. Maintain digital copies for reporting or recordkeeping.
ALL AGENCY CONTACTS:
Safety Professionals are made available for any agency contact, be it, FDNY, OSHA, NYC-DOB, NYCT, DOT, DEP, DASNY, Port Authority NY/NJ or the NYPD, while on site or as directed.
